Winter Workouts
Weight Training starts Tuesday, 11/17. Weights are every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 to 4:00p.m. at FRHS. Remember, you are expected to be at weight workouts unless you are participating in a winter sport or training with a club team.
FAST High School Training Group
The FAST High School Group starts on Tuesday, September 8! Go to the FAST website at www.fortcollinsareaswimteam.org for information and registration materials. You have to register before you can get in the water, but you don't have to pay until they decide to join the group. The trial period is two weeks.
Fossil Ridge is 2009 Colorado 4A State Runner-up
Congrats to the Fossil Ridge Boys Swimming and Diving team which placed 2nd at the State Chapionships! Fossil had swimmners in the top 16 in every event and all relays placed in the top 5 lead by the 200 Medley Relay which finished in an All-American Consideration time of 1:37.92. Fossil Ridge Coach Mark Morehouse was selected as Colorado Boys 4A Coach of the Year.

Community Service Day at EPIC
The Fossil Ridge Boys Swimming and Diving Team participated in a clean up of our home facility, the EPIC, on Saturday April, 25. Each team member sent out 10 letters asking for donations to support their project to be used to pay for suits for the state meet on May 15-16.
